The 2017 Honda Accord price $18.000.00 and I asked them for out the door cash price . They gave me the number $22,420.00 ? I told him that is too much . He said that they added anti theft device with the car and I have no choice and pay for it if I want to buy the car. So I have to avoid this dealer when looking for cars.

Yes, I had very consistent contact, however, Lexus does not certify cars other than their Lexus brands.

I went to Metro Auto to check out the cars they had on their website. It was about an hour drive for me . I was excited but it didn’t go as expected. The cars don’t look like they do in the pictures. They don’t show you the scratches or small dents which is extremely unprofessional and misleading. The sales was friendly but lazy . He didn’t seem eager to get the deal done . I would consider going to a more professional and well organized dealer. 4/10 for me . Save yourself the time.

Horrible customer experience. When I asked to test drive the vehicle, I was told that I could not unless I was approved for a loan prior to the test drive even that I had precertification prior to going into the dealership.

Very shade car dealership mike tried sell me a car with 2 Accidents for the same price of a clean title car and did not want to fix anything on the car. Frank was very rude to my wife for asking questions.

It was raining, but that was the extent of the bad. Spectrum Motors treated us like family. Carlos was super friendly & showed us the car & promised to get us the missing blinker on the side mirror as soon as possible. The finance Manager Sofia helped get us the price we wanted to pay at a good APR. My husband & I would go back!!

This truck was not there and the price for a jeep was very expensive and they wanted 4500 down I can go get a new jeep for less down and lower Apr

They were very helpful & honest. I questioned the actual miles on that vehicle. They looked it up & found out that it had triple the amount of miles than was advertised. That was too many miles for that year of vehicle, so it didn't work for me. I might buy another vehicle from them if one came available.
