2012 Subaru Legacy for Sale Nationwide

Dealer didn't respond to my initial email so i called when he finally called me back after I called he informed me the car was sold. Now here we are 2 weeks later and he's still has the car posted on cargurus. Dealers should try to keep things current to avoid wasting either parties time.

The sales staff treated us very well. They were informative and, from what I can tell, honest about the car we bought. They didn't give us a lot of double talk or phony excuses, they stuck to facts. I feel that I bought a decent used car and was treated fairly.

Went to go drivers truck there's a lot wrong with it. They said they would fix everything... Which sounded great so why wouldn't they fixed it before they showed it. Was a good price but needed a lot of repairs.

The dealership lied i called sunday to ask about the car , i went in on monday the owner claimed he had sold it 30 minutes ago . Offered another car , the other car was crashed looked like a savaged car . I don't recommend this dealership.

Dealer responded promptly. I found a car closer to my home.

Good Custumer service

The vehicle I was hoping to look at sold before I could make it there, they called back with alternate cars for me too see. I appreciated the thought but I had already purchased at another dealership.

We test drove and ended up buying the 2018 Outback. The dealer is a no haggle type place so the price was firm. But, they were willing to fix a few dings in the SUV. It was clean, well maintained and we had a good experience. The service people were also helpful and quick. They provided a loaner car while the dealer made the few fixes. So far, love the quite smooth ride. The V6 is the only way to go for the Outback. We are satisfied with our experience here.

Did not call us back and was very hard to get a hold of....then when we finally talked to him was asking us to wire him money.....then after we asked about other reviews about cars not being delieverd his response was "thank you for your interest we will look for another buyer" clearly Sketchy.

We purchased the truck. We were under the impression that he would be able to deliver it, but that did not happen and we had to go down to Austin to get it. The truck was filthy and full of trash but exactly what we were looking for

Salespeople were nice and friendly. They wanted me to take for test drive to make sure that was the car I wanted. Hassle free, good service and communication between seller and buyer. I say they a good place for buying a car out of town.

Vehicle shown on web site looked great. In person, there were many scratches, dings and a few rust spots that would in my opinion make this vehicle worth a lot less than what they are asking. Vehicle Price is not dictated only by "1-owner" and mileage. This vehicle definitely will be good for someone, but not me. Sales person was busy, handed me the keys and said here you go, check it out.

I worked with Alfredo Montes and it was the most absolute pleasure. Extremely professional and very communicative through the whole process. He completely made buying my dream car the best experience.

Dealer did not get or read my original email and had to ask many questions which caused the car to be purchased by the time I got through all the questions. She was super nice though.

All my interaction with this dealer was via text and email. They were very prompt in responding to my initial and follow-up inquires. They were very knowledgable about the car. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing a car from a dealer closer to my home. However, if the opportunity presented itself in the future, I would buy a car from GCAG.
