although i am happy with the vehicle. i am unhappy with the price. the vehicle was already over priced and i was given the impression that the extended warranty was just something that came with it, until i signed the papers and realized they haggled me into an extra 2500+ that i did not ever agree too. this is the second time a dealer has done this to me, and i know it’s common. it’s just disappointing. they were friendly though.

took an appointment with them.... i called before i left my house, gave the rep my ETA, to which he agreed, yet 1h30mn later, upon my arrival (on time), the doors were closed. the owner gave me a call back that night, but it was too late, i spent 3 and half hours of commuting for nothing. it was unprofessional. Time is what is the most precious thing we have, and having wasted it is not a good experience at all.

I was contacted so I asked for more pictures and then a different sales person contacted me so I asked for pictures once again and then after that I was contacted by three different sales people but none of them knew how to help me so I thought all of this was a terrible experience. They did sell the vehicle so good for them.

Dealer claimed the vehicle was available and when my wife showed up to see it they told her it was sold. Then a week later the emails claim its still available. We purchased one elsewhere.

This dealership has nice vehicles and let use test drive the Ford SVT RAPTOR which has a superb ride and my friend was sold and decided to purchase the vehicle. Great service until I was ready to buy this vehicle after test driving but Shift did not end up working with my banks auto loan (Schools Financial Credit Union) so i was unable to buy this unless i financed through Shift. Call ahead with your bank and Shift to make sure they can accept a letter of approval until they can transfer over the title before payment.

Horrible. Went to test drive the car I had a 2pm appointment and waited for 45 min before they told me that the truck was blocked in and so could not test drive. A complete waste of time

This dealer is quick with responding yet values my deduction and isn't pushy with emails, they let me know they are there and were there located so that I may come in when I'm ready. They have checked in with me once and a while to let me know it's available still, without pressuring me or overwhelming me and I appreciate that.
