The worst car buying experience ever!!! Customer service is not important to them. Clear communication is not important to them. You will be on hold forever, they won’t call you back and you will never speak to the same representative. Beware of the 7 day 200mile return or exchange policy, it’s a nightmare! Save time and money and just go to traditional dealership.

Very helpful and reasonable experience..There were numerous affordable cars in very good shape with low miles..I didn’t purchase this particular car but I did buy another one from them..Your missing out by going to big overpriced dealerships..Go by v and visit them now you want be disappointed..!

The one time I went 4 ppl were out but 1 finally came over to help me the next 2 times nobody came out(and it was a nice day) and the sales ppl only want u to talk to them yet they are busy with someone else. Then the guy was passive pushy. Over the phone, one guy said he didn’t know anything about the car type I want to buy and spent the wntire call trying to sell me other cars. It was annoying and not helpful, so now I’m looking at dealers out of town.

Thompson Lexus Willow Grove level of customer service is top notch. Sam was the sales rep and he was fantastic- quick response time, prompt follow-up, listing price was accurate. They offered fair value for my trade-in and the price for the vehicle i was interested was excellent. I did not purchase a vehicle but, would highly recommend for anyone in the market.
