2011 ram 1500 gas cap light on had my vehicle in the shop took a while to find out what the issue was. It was a vacuum hose that connects up by the tank fuel tank and it’s real hard to see. It’s a small hose with it not connected that’s how you get the gas cap light on, so if you have your fuel pump replaced tank removed make sure they check the tank. It’s a small vacuum hose that causes the light to come on.

We love our truck, but need a bigger engine. It is a beautiful truck and very comfortable ride as long as you are in the front seat. The back seat has very limited space. Has rails installed to haul a 5th wheel camper!
