I emailed to check on a vehicle and Annette responded right away and when I saw manager I immediately said wow. We got back to the office and I immediately said I want it. Granted I gave Manny a hard time but his temperament never changed this was no cut throat deal. He actually took his time made sure I was ok. He ask the other manager Ray to come over for the loan process. It was completed and I proceeded to "JJ" Mr James J whom I signed my paper work with.
