After the initial conversation I decided to visit and I was traveling quite a distance, so it was my hope that it wouldn't be a wasted trip. Upon arrival I noticed a neat and very well kept car lot. The cars were neatly aligned and appeared to be in good condition-- inside and out. I've been looking for a car for awhile and during my car hunting journey, I've recognized that photos don't always capture the true appearance of a car, however the cars located at the Gaven Group were represented well in the photos and in person. While there I met Brian, who was not pushy and far from the typical" used cars salesman". He allowed me to take my time looking at the different cars available, as well as the suggested vehicle. The suggested car was clean and represented truthfully, so I took it for a test drive accompanied by their very knowledgeable mechanic. The mechanic was pleasant and ( I felt) honest. When I inquired--- he walked me through some of the features of the car-- at no time did I feel “tag- teamed" or as if I was being told anything untruthful. Upon my return to the lot I expressed my interest in the car and the negotiation process began-- Brian was forthright and I felt that what he presented was fair. I requested that some minor items be handled prior to completing the purchase and I returned in two days, with all but one of my requested completed. The car was detailed to perfection. I had a good overall experience, and would recommend the Gaven Auto Group, for their responsiveness to all of my inquires, professionalism, great car selection, knowledgeable mechanic, excellent detailer, and prices. Although, I've only had the car a few days-- I've experienced no problems to date. Overall it was a good experience. The purchase process was easy, I didn't feel pushed, the dealer listened, met the needs of my budget, and I felt I was treated fairly. "
