Never responded for several days. Then just emailed it sold

Made an agreement to buy the car with the salesman, arranged a trade in and the salesman sold the car out of under us when we were on the way down to buy. Beware of this dealer, not honest people, don't waste time trying to buy from them.

I visited this dealership to test drive the 2011 Tribeca. It was not in great condition (including problems with the alignment) but the salesman did not seem knowledgeable or willing to acknowledge the problems. Instead he implied that this was normal performance for the car. We felt like this visit was a waste of our time.

Very professional! Impressive experience. Staff was knowledgeable, attentive and thorough. In the end we didn’t purchase from them, but will consider doing so in the future.

Quick response time.

Went to look at car, it needed some minor interior repairs and cleaned. Interior was very dirty. Dealer said they would and send me pictures but never did. They then dropped the price and sold the vehicle to someone else.

Saw an ad liked what I saw went in took a test drive with Charles he was nice and professional. I had a great experience and would have found my vehicle except that they don't do financing.

It appears that the above yellow car in this photo is just a stock photo and not the actual car for sale. When contacted on June 1/2020, I was told it is a black car. Since I was looking for a car meeting the description of the above (yellow with black stripe), I did not pursue it any further. I feel this may be a bait and switch. I still see that the same unavailable yellow/black car in being advertised, most likely just to get you to contact them.

Time spent there was way too long we were ready to make a deal but sat for 2 hours waiting on finance person we left. The salesman was a little rude at times. Not impressed.
