You are forced to purchase a version of o star. The car was not cleaned, carpets are supposed to be included, but are missing. The car wasn’t cleaned when delivered.

Rose the price of the truck by $6K after already being in negotiations from a set price, and tried to negotiate from the new price. I think not!

I talked to them one day and made them an offer,salesman said he would get back to me few minutes never heard from him see it was sold next day.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! The vehicle is a piece of junk. Should have known when they dropped the price $1600 immediately. They charged $389 for there fees to transfer title, could have done at notary for $60. Absolutely horrible experience. My truck is at a mechanic getting a new motor as we speak

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Dave was amazing. The truck I looked at was as described. But Dave did not pressure me into anything he let me make my own choice. He made the car buying experience easy. I highly recommend this dealership. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future!! We did not buy from the dealer , pictures of the cars look good , however when you go and actually look at the cars, switches are having down , cars have been in accidents which are not noted on the websites yet the dealer will recommend those cars and not tell you , unless you are in super desperate need of a beater car I would not recommend this auto group

No masks until see asked them to wear them. Opened hood and it didn't close. They put on a zip tie to hold it shut. Not a stellar experience.Car not in good shape,staff not social distancing

I sent three emails asking for the price of a truck. All three answers requested I call to "talk pricing." Is it so hard to give a price via email rather than waste my time trying to sell me a truck over the phone? All I wanted was a price not a hard sell.
