Avg. Dealer Rating: (21 reviews) "When I went to see the car the check engine light was on and the car was a little dirty. The dirty part was fine, but I did point out the check engine light. Sales guy tells me it will be fixed prior to selling it, for it needs to pass inspection in order to get the registration tag. I mention the check engine light to the Manager as well, guarantees me it will be taken care off. I mentioned that the car was dirty, they said "we will clean it". I decided to buy the car. When I to pick it up, first thing I noticed was that they did not clean the car, ok no big deal. While driving home the check engine light turned on. I also wanted to turn the lights on and they would not turn on. I called them right away to tell them about these issues. Before I took the car in for repairs, I noticed that the headlights where missing. How the car passed inspection with the check engine light issue and no head lights still puzzles me. I took the car, they installed the headlights, and did not install a dust shield, what for, right. They told me they installed new coils and new spark plugs, yeah sure. Well, they told me to take it to the dealer to have the check engine light cleared for they did not have the proper equipment. The latest issue is the car draining the battery, and the dome light not working. So now I have to take care of all those problems. Would I recommend buying from them?, no sir. Now I'm stuck with these car problems and there is nothing I can do but write this review to let some steam out. They will probably add some comments like, "I'm sorry to hear that, give us a call". They now what they are doing and I fell for it. Look somewhere else, not a good place to buy a car. "

Dealer Rating: (46 reviews) "I purchased this truck from them because I really like it, the buying process went smooth, but there were minor issues that shoulda been taken care of upon it being listed, and shown ...Tail Lights weren't working(got pulled over) , Back camera weren't working , truck didn't come with a fob, and needs a oil change, and needed to be cleaned badly, the guy that cleaned it did a poor job, truck smelled like a ashtray with visible ashes on the floor.... .....how do u list vehicles without these things not being done already, very lucky they got my sell , I tried going back to get them to finish everything listed but they are very slow with setting up appointments and never got back with me after calling multiple times , imma save myself a headache and never come back unless I have to .... jus sharing my experience...The sales guys are nice and friendly but I'm now stuck with fixing these minor issues that u shouldn't have to deal with when purchasing a 2 yr old truck....took the joy right out.. this dealership could have done a better Job with inspecting the vehicles before being listed .....but I'm suckin it up bc it's still a nice truck and I'm taking the good with the bad ....they have nice cars just have to really check and dictate things before u buy ...100 "

Avg. Dealer Rating: (1 review) "Dealer never contacted me but I contacted them. They were very friendly in person and over the phone. We ended up buying the car (As Is) but found out afterwards from the Ford Dealership the car was in a recent accident that was not in the CarFax. We questioned this at the time since the front and rear bumpers were brand new, front tires were brand new and the engine was new. But the Mario Used Car sales guy stated no it was not, they just decided to install all these new parts. Also, according to the car title, Mario Used Cars dealership added 20K miles to the car from when it was sold to them. So obviously someone was driving it as a dealer car. Found out the new engine was more than likely from an old car in a junk yard and was recently installed. However, they did not hook up the heater hoses. Also the driver side rim and tire is slanted into the car, so the suspension and alignment is way off and would cost a lot to correct. So no question, this car was wrecked while the dealership had it in their possession and it wasn't reported. As of now, since we bought the car in cash and as is, there is not much we can do. One last thing, the Ford Dealership advised this car would not pass state inspection and doesn't understand how Mario Used Cars was able to get the car passed. I'd be very cautious when buying a car from this dealership. This may have been a one off situation with this car and hope that they are more honest and forth coming to other potential buyers."
