I called and talked to Jessica in the morning; told her which car I was wanting to see the 2012 Kia Rio and she assured me they still had it and it was on the lot. I even had her text me the address since they seemed to have two locations, one on each side of the highway. I couldn't come until the afternoon but she said she would call if the car sold before I got there. Since it was a 45 minute drive one way I called back in the afternoon to one let her know I was coming and to also make sure the car was still there. When we arrived the car was not there; we were told it was on their other lot and rode over there with the sales man. He was very nice but the car was no where to be found. When we got back to the original location they went into their office, came back after about 5 minutes and said the car was sold. They post a good deal and hope you will find something else when you get there but I wasn't falling for that. The next day I get an email from Jessica saying she hopes I was satisfied. I let her know we would never deal with them again and why. She wrote me back saying I'm not sure who you worked with but the car is actually there. REALLY....told her I worked with the manager a sales rep and she was no where to be found....never heard back after that. Bottom line, we were lied to!! Wasted half a day of my PTO and almost 2 hours of driving...will never buy from Norman Mitsubishi and their partner company "

Avg. Dealer Rating: (5 reviews) "They did call and try to contact me. But, once I got there the salesman didn't say a dozen words to me and they had trouble finding the keys. The truck had a rear view mirror hanging off the passengers side and the passenger window would not close (electric windows). I could lower it, but had to raise it by grabbing the best that I could and push it up. The motor didn't sound too bad, it stalled while I was looking at the motor for leaking oil and water. Not a good sign. When I asked about whether they had anything comparable to this truck they said, no. Overall I was not impressed. I'm not sure I would go back, even if they had a listing that was closer to what I was looking for."
