This dealership is very old school, great people and down to earth. We just couldn't agree on price. Would still buy here if I found what I wanted at the price I desire. Great people here!! The old man is hilarious, if you go here he is certainly one to make you laugh. Kudos to the Doug's, have a good year guys.

Alex was pleasant, honest and quick to my call, even post sales. The SUV was exact in its listing and great in test drive. His mechanic Alex recommended replacing the entire tail lite unit -not just a bulb and at no extra charge to me. My truck is strong and hearty. I love my purchase. Salesman said he didn’t know the car was listed with frame damage. Plus he was using it as a weekend car adding more mileage then what was listed to it. Sounds shady to me

Called early in the morning to double check about a vehicle. Was told it was in stock. I said I'd be down to check it out later in the day. Drove 80 miles and through a snow storm to find no one there one and a half hours before their websites closing time said and the vehicle was not on the lot. Bad business.

Never contacted back and when i went down there the mechanic told me the hours were different then what they have posted on there website so when I came back no one even took the time to come out and talk to me. Just looked like a hangout spot not a dealership

I was able to inspect the car top to bottom without feeling rushed. The owner was a kind man. I had a thorough test drive and a free fully detailed car fax. I will return to check their inventory for my next car.

Though the salesman was very courteous and helpful and was willing to go above and beyond to make the sale, my son and I had to go to see other vehicles on our list. As for the vehicle, no doubt that it drove well and the engine was clean inside and out, the overall appearance of the vehicle showed some minor issues and definitely items to be fixed/repaired/replaced, but itbwqs and is a solid vehicle.
