We have had this vehicle only a week and I love it. It is easy to drive, roomy, and looks GREAT. There are only a couple things we don't like; adjusting the seats to tilt is difficult because we only have 2 way power seats, and there is a "rattle" on the dash when driving on gravel roads that I am going to have the dealer look at. I was running late and called to tell him, he was very understanding. I got there and we talked about the car a little bit, then I test drove the car. I had a couple of issues after the test drive. I was extremely impressed with Jim at this point, he jumped into action immediately to address my concerns just a little while later, I was driving off with my new car. One concern I had and was troubled as to what would happen if it resurfaced. Jim said I had his cell and if that happened to call him and we would take care of it ASAP. I would highly recommend this dealer. Not only because of Jim, but the entire staff was polite, friendly and seemed very trustworthy. I would not hesitate, at this point, to recommend this dealer to a friend nor would I have any hesitation in buying another vehicle from them."
