Truck marked up 3 thousand more then advertised in there web site. Try to stick you with 3 grand in low jack I didn't want and wanted me to use there bank and not my pre approvel.

RUDE, Unfriendly, Unprofessional Service! Car was priced and advertised at 38,000 they tried selling it to me for 52,000 once lured in. They must really think we’re dumb or have never bought a car before in our lives. Especially some heavier bald guy, he needs to work on his people skills if he really wants to sell.

Return call was from someone who could not make a trade. I was told Jay or Sam would call me back and for two weeks I called asking for them and they never were available. Still trying to buy this truck but they won't make me an offer on my trade. Not good customer service.

Car was not very clean, workers were smoking, seemed a little bit shady, one vehicle we test drove didn't even start. Workers were polite and quick to assist though. Seemed honest about the details of the vehicles

Purchased vehicle. Transaction was very simple and enjoyable. Called about the vehicle, they told me it was still available. Arranged a time to test drive, they handed me the keys gave me time to drive the car and get a feel for it without any pressure. Everyone was nice, and accommodating. Negotiated on a price that we both felt fair for the vehicle. Overall transaction was roughly two hours. Would definitely recommend doing business with them.

Great place I've bought three cars from them and I've always found my salesman Gil to be honest and fair and non-judgemental. If you want to build credit they actually do report your payments to the credit bureau also, and it works! I would, and have recommended this place to many. Gil has earned my business for life!

I called, was transferred to a salesman who checked he availability of the vehicle I was looking for. Unfortunately it was already sold but I gave them my info and they will notify me immediately when they get one in with the options I’m looking for. There was no high pressure sales on the phone and Kyle was very friendly and professional.

Called to inquire about the vehicle prior to leaving home. Was told that pictures would be emailed. Received no pictures and upon arriving was then told that the vehicle was not eligible for sale because it was going to Wholesale due to damage. But I could buy at the posted price. Really!

Dealer replied with amazing salesmanship however after I asked a question or two I heard nothing back no response whatsoever very very disappointing

By far the worst dealer I’ve gone. Horrible customer service. Plus some Associates weren’t following Covid safety practices. All in all a BAD experience.

I was contacted by the dealer at about 3:50pm on Saturday, April 10, and asked if I was still interested in my appointment to look at a truck. I of course confirmed the appointment and after a one hour drive, at 4:50pm arrived at the dealership. Upon arrival, I was informed that the truck wasn’t even available. So incredibly frustrating and a waste of time and gas money. I would not recommend.

The dealer was reachable and communicated with me daily. However the car was in the shop for 3 days from the time i inquired. This delayed the facetime inspection, which delayed my buying , which resulted in me looking elsewhere.

The car wasn’t what was described. The car was described as showroom clean. Car had scratches down both sides and front end looked as if it was in an accident of some sort. Definitely wasn’t showroom quality.
