The vehicle had some very deep scratches on one of the doors and paint was worn off the door handles and two outside mirrors did not match. This was a turn off for me and my wife and wanted to discuss this with ourselves but the salesman was very agressive and asked why we could not discuss this in front of him, and this really upset us.

Mark was prompt with information and very customer focused. I appreciated him accommodating my schedule. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota!

Very friendly and super helpful. When we drove to get the truck they had it washed and fueled up. All we had to do was sign and go. Super friendly staff salesman was great and easy to work with. Will buy another vehicle from El Dorado Chevrolet.

I bought this Volkswagen beetle 3 weeks ago actually 4 weeks ago the day after I bought it I started having problems I called the guy who owned the shop and the kind of fought with me about fixing it it was 2500 hunderd dollars I paid $500 at least the owner paid to have it fixed it was gone for 3 weeks and then broke down again my experience overall was not that great but at least they did pay to fix the car and I did appreciate that.

I had the easiest experience I had ever received at a car dealership. Service was very friendly and the staff was incredibly helpful. The entire process took less than an hour. I would most definitely but another vehicle from Texas Auto Pros.

We purchased this vehicle and there was additional paperwork that needed to be completed during the Texas winter storm. Rude !!! Rude !!! Rude!!!! And she the Manager at that! I called in the to verify if the title on 2018 Honda Accord was clean she wouldn’t even check to see just kept saying yeah mam it is.. I asked to speak to someone else she said I’m the manager. Well I’m not worried about your status it’s your attitude and she she then said oh ok. I said y’all lost a sale. She said good! Terrible manager means worse cars!
