I loved this car. It was fast without being obtrusive or loud. Interior was nice, seats wer firm and comfortable. 6 speed manual gearbox and clutch had a great feel. Engine and transmission as tight as the day I bought it. Handled great and served me very well for the past 5+ years. I would have kept it indefinitely if my family was not expanding.

I loved this car for the 77,000 miles that I owned it. I installed a Cobb Accessport and Cobb Downpipe, along with their intake and a front mount intercooler and the car made around 290 wheel horsepower and 330 torque on a conservative dyno. I also averaged about 28 mpg per tank on my commute, I could get 30+ if it was all highway. It was lots of fun, decent space inside, and I would buy another.... Currently waiting to see what "Mazdaspeed" comes out next for 2015+, along with the Subaru STi, & Mitsubishi EVO.

Love, love this car. Just what I wanted, light, quick, stable, not too gaudy, stealthy. Good looking too. I don't race, but just love to get to the slot that has just appeared ...first! Women really like it. They think it is an economy car! ;-)

2.3 liter with turbo putting out 263 HP. Handles great. Sits on the road like glued. It has some minor rattles but it's nothing serious. Car looks great and it's a sleeper. According to EPA it has 18 MPG city and 26 MPG highway. I had 29 MPG on highway and I'm averaging 22 MPG in city. This car is fun to drive and I would recommend it.
