About 2008 Honda Pilot
4.6 Overall rating(15 reviews)
Dec 14, 2025
The 2008 Honda Pilot EX-L is a nice looking vehicle, with above average amenities. Drive is nice but gas mileage is not great. Overall a good choice
Sep 11, 2014
Car has a nice tight turning radius, rides smooth and has a strong engine that will get up and go when pulling out onto the highway. I was slightly disappointed in the fuel economy, and the seats stain rather easily and would not clean as easily as I would have liked.
We took our Pilot on many vacations and really enjoyed the trip.
Apr 26, 2013
Great functional and safe. Wonderful for the whole family.
Cant say enough good things about it. I have never had a single issue with the Truck since the day I had other than routine maintenance and fuel.
Very happy customer.
Feb 25, 2012
This is an all around great vehicle. My family and I feel very safe in this car. We travel a lot and it is very comfortable and has plently of cargo space. I think for a vehicle of this size the gas milage is fair. Very nice to drive. The only downside is there is some road noise when driving on the highway.

I love my new (well new to me!) Pilot! It has such a smooth ride, the price was reasonable for the quality and it is so much fun to drive!

About 2008 Honda Pilot

The 2008 Honda Pilot EX-L is a nice looking vehicle, with above average amenities. Drive is nice but gas mileage is not great. Overall a good choice
Sep 11, 2014
Car has a nice tight turning radius, rides smooth and has a strong engine that will get up and go when pulling out onto the highway. I was slightly disappointed in the fuel economy, and the seats stain rather easily and would not clean as easily as I would have liked.
We took our Pilot on many vacations and really enjoyed the trip.

Great functional and safe. Wonderful for the whole family.
Cant say enough good things about it. I have never had a single issue with the Truck since the day I had other than routine maintenance and fuel.
Very happy customer.

The Honda Pilot combines three rows of seating with cargo space and a high-grade cabin.
SUVs are no longer simply rugged utility vehicles. The modern SUV is designed with everyday driving in mind. That means commuting, going to the store, and getting the kids to school. The 2008 Honda Pilot answers all these needs by offering plenty of seating and cargo space, as well as a comfortable ride. It also has the versatility and capability for that next road trip or camping trip. Its closest direct competition is the Toyota Highlander, as both offer three rows of seating and plenty of cargo space.
