This car hasn't had a repair performed in 7 years and 70k of mixed driving. If this car had more road noise isolation it would be perfect. Easy ingress-egress, the driving position is great, controls are simple and well placed. Power is ok but at 38-40 mpg highway driving it strikes the perfect balance. It is as solid, rattle and squeak free as the day it was delivered. Handling is excellent. The interior is designed with high quality materials. The leather seats look new. I paid $23K for this car new and it's worth $10 to 11K today. For a small economical car I find it difficult to believe there's anything better.

The most reliable and fuel efficient car I have owned. The interior is larger than one might expect, and comfortable. Great handling and visibility. Very good sound system. Convenient features like steering wheel controls; easy to see gauge cluster; heated seats; pass-thru back seat.

Intelligently thought out and Ok bit soft in the tail! Goes well and doesn't drink too much, nice lights, for a small engine, not lacking power, brakes and corners well roomy for it's size. Ac works well in the heat

We love this car. It has no problems whatsoever. The tires are brand new and the breaks are new as well. It gets really great gas mileage too. It drives and rides really well. It has never been misused or driven hard.

2008 Civic EX-L Coupe (5 speed manual, without Navigation). Reasonably comfortable, seems well put together, decent power, handles pretty nicely. The clutch is light and the stick is easy to shift. Dealer options get real expensive real fast! I got the auto dimming mirror (worth every penny), foglights, splash guards, cargo net, cargo liner, and all weather floor mats. If I had to do it over I'd just get the auto dimming mirror and foglights from the dealer, everything else I'd buy aftermarket. See my comments about the heated seats in the discussion section. They are absolutely worthless. Also at this price point I really think that XM radio should be standard, unless you get the navigation system the radio is only "XM Ready". My dealer charges $799 for the XM Kit (including installation) which apparently consists of an antenna which is mounted inside the car on the windshield, a wire that leads from the antenna which is hidden behind the front pillar and attached to the back of the radio somehow. I miss my XM radio (old car had it) but not enough to spend that kind money. I also wonder how an antenna mounted inside the car will work? Every other car I have seen (Including Accords) has the XM Antenna mounted on the roof. All in all if I had to do it over I again I probably would not buy this car again; I'd either opt for the EX model (cloth, no heated seats) or get the Mazda 3 Grand Touring which was the other car I was considering. I got the Honda because it cost less and got better mileage and because the Mazda came with some things standard that I really didn't want = = The only way to get leather and heated seats on the Mazda is to get the Grand Touring model which also comes with rain-sensing wipers and xenon headlamps, neither of which I really wanted
