Used 2008 Ford Fusion SEL for Sale near Washington, DC

Very nice for the price....one day I would like to upgrade to a MKZ. SYNC is awesome. I would like a moon roof. This version of the fusion could be more of a rabbit. It corners very nicely but standing on the gas leaves me wanting a bit more power but for around town it is pretty perfect.

It is a very nice car. I have the Sport Appearance Package with leather and the Moon and Tune Package. I love the red insert and stichting on the seats. THe 18 inch wheels are a very nice touch as well as the lip spoiler. The manual transmission adds some fun to drive factor to the 4 cylinder, even though shifting can be clanky. There is a lot of trunk space and the rear seats fold flat. Overall I am very pleased with the car.

It's a gorgeous car. It handles very well, but it doesn't have very much power at all. The premium sound system is AMAZING. The seating is very comfortable, and it's a very smooth ride but in my opinion it needs more power.

Was happy with the car until we started having issues with the vehicle. Randomly slammed itself into 1st gear while going highway speed. Took it to the dealer and was told there was a problem with a "seal" and it was replaced. Was ok for a little while, but then whenever going uphill, the vehicle would slam into the next hear. Took the vehicle back 3 more times before threatening lemon law to get the problem fixed. Complete transmission replacement(lucky we had the extended warranty as it happened just after 50,000 miles) Electrical started acting up, and cruise control stopped working completely after transmission replacement. Had to trade it in.

There is so many things to talk about on my 2008 Ford Fusion.Lets start with performance. I have the 4cyl model, which is very good on gas. The EPA rating is 22/28, although I tend to get 25/33 or better. The acceleration is competitive with other cars with a comparable engine size. Braking is a dream, enough said, and it handles like a sportscar. The quality of the Fusion is outstanding. It was released by multiple oragnizations that Fords quality has met or surpassed Toyota in 2008. Nothing rattles, squeeks or anything like that. The cars appearance is nice. It is a attractive looking sedan. It has very edgey styling so it isn't as boring as most sedans out there. My interior is all black leather, and is just beautiful.(smells great too) There are so many neat features on my Fusion. All of my seats fold down flat; including the passanger seat. It is equipped with SYNC, all heating and cooling features are digital, there are storage areas everywhere in the car. I have a six disc cd player, 8 speakers, and two factory subs that are outstanding.6 cup holders, lots of room, usb ports, satilite radio, power seats, mirrors, windows, locks. There are lights under your side mirrors which is a nice touch, an auto dimming rearview mirror, and soo uch more. Overall the car is alot of fun to drive. It is economical, practical and full of great features. I highly recommend my Ford, and look forward to purchasing my next Ford Model: )
