Used 2008 Dodge RAM 1500 ST for Sale in Houston, TX

Very genuine, honest and down to earth. The people I dealt with appeared to really want to help get their customers into cars that were good fits both economically and aesthetically. I was told they would try to wait for me to get a deal to go through on an X3 and they kept their word. That goes a long way with me for customer service.

The Dealer was fair and up front about the car. However, we decided to purchase another vehicle from that same dealer. We ended up buying a 2009 Chevrolet Impala, and we're pleased with the car. I would recommend this dealer to my friends.

Amir was wonderful. Very responsive to emails/texts. It's almost like he bent over backwards to assist me. The truck ended up missing a piece of molding, and Amir wrote me a check to order the part after I took delivery of it.

The sales guy needs to go back to sales training 101 he thinks he is real smart and we are dummy’s would not answer my concerns on vehicle easy did it have any paint issues on hood would not address it with me

This place sent me an email telling me they would love my buisiness but when I responded back and asked for pictures it took three days for Mathew Blackwell to get in touch with me. And by then the vehicle was sold. This place was very unprofessional and evidently doesn’t need my business

Not a bad dealership to deal with. I just hope that can hold cars longer if you put some kind of deposit down for out of state buyers.

I ddnt even use them. They had a price of 2000 online (which i thought was a good price) but when i contacted them, they said tht was the dwn payment and total on the truck was 10000. The truck was like a 96 with 200000 miles. Seriously???? U can get a 2010 top of the line trim with tht many miles for the same price!! AAAANNNDD, 2000 DOWN on a 96......gtfoh.

They tried to change the price to a higher price than they had on here and add a few extra finances in there.Honestly the price on here was $24k, they changed it to $27K on the phone and yet their website then said $26k. I had the screenshot of the $24k from the beginning and it held them accountable!!

Overall it was good service. I love the car I got but they did not want to work with me at first instance. Offered low money for my trade in but after 3 hours I drove out with the car. Steven in Finance was very helpful at the end. I wish he was helping me from the beginning.
