Sent a link to fill out a credit application, then sold the car. Never said anything about it, or got back to me since. Most of the reviews I read about them said they did business like this (shoddy). They were right. Find somewhere else to take your business!

They have reached out to me several times-----unfortunately I have not contacted them back because we now have someone local that is looking for a vehicle for us (would like to keep our $$ in our local community if possible) but they have certainly been great about contacting us.

They were very friendly and easy to contact. However, I didn't buy the vehicle I went to look at because they wouldn't let me take it to my mechanic, due to the fact that they only seem to have one "dealer plate" and felt I would be gone too long. Can't really say I disagreed with that reasoning, but it was still a frustrating experience. Since overall I liked my salesman Rahul and the owner, and would have done a deal with them had they been more prepared.

Come in to see truck twice first they stated truck need to go to shop they would get back in touch with me when done never did.. Then I came back a month later truck had still never been to shop..just wanted to buy it straight out cash ... Idk if they took me seriously or not yet it was a terrific experience

I am satisfied with the response from this dealership. In fact, make that a double! I was contacted twice by two different sales associates who were politely reaching out to assist me.

My wife and I had a very good experience with Steve and Sons. Adam our salesman was patient and gracious as we took our time combing through the vehicle and reasonable during negotiations. All our expectations were met as we worked our way through the details of the purchase. If there is any complaint it is the location of the dealership itself is in a somewhat well used part of town but the deal itself was fantastic. Thank you for the very good experience.

Spectacularly unprofessional. The vehicle is absolutely filthy inside. Cups in cup holder. Trash in doors. It was amazing that they would even allow me to look at it.

couldn't get financing, set up a time to come look at it after discussing cash price and they sold it out from under me, won't use them. even though I haveca good friend that works there and he did everything possible to help out. The salesman that set everything up on it didn't even call me back to let me know it was sold. Glad I called myself before heading there. it's 60 miles away

This dealership says that only attends by scheduled appointment so we scheduled to see and ready to buy the car and when we got there the seller had sold the car for a walk in. Even though we were on our way. Waste of our time.
