I contacted the dealership and asked if I can go to Connecticut from Massachusetts to see the car, I gave an offer and everything. I went in 2 days later to test drive the car and was hoping to come back with the car. I arrived, walked around their lot to see what other cars they might have that I would like but my mind was set on this specific car. I walker into the dealership the receptionist was very friendly I told her what car I was there for and she said that there was really no one to get the car that I would have to wait a few minutes..20 mins later one of the salesman Kaster pulled up the 2009 Volkswagen CC. I walked out to test drive the car just to be very disappointed with the interior of the car the leather seats was all ripped the ceiling of the car was falling apart got my clothes all dirty. I was very upset because I feel like I should've been informed about the interior of the vehicle especially driving 2 hours from Massachusetts to see the vehicle."

When I got there, the car hadn’t even been detailed or cleaned out. It had dog hair, crackers and rust on the inside. They were trying to be slick and spray painted the rims.. the spray paint was peeling off the rims and was all over the tires.. there was a little damage on the outside of the car as well, so I asked them if they’d bring the price down at all and they said no.. they’re tightwads. They seem to be very dishonest and secretive due to when I had asked for a safety check list, they had responded saying that they don’t get those from the people that look over the car. What?!?!? You’re telling me that somebody “looked” at the safety and condition of this vehicle and can’t even prove that it was looked over?!?! No thanks. I gave him the keys back and told him to have a nice day."
