I have no say on the standard car, but the custom we own is fantastic. Specs: Larger Dual Stage VVT Turbo Triple radiators Live exhaust with butterfly valves Wider and lower than standard ML Stiffened suspension Upgraded Brembo breaks Sport front seats RESULT: 215 BHP upped to 307 BHP Torque upped from 398 ftlb to 478 ftlb Top speed upped from 135 MPH to 172 MPH 0-60 shortened from 8.1 sec. to 6.2 sec

This is a good car, It has very effective brakes, which is very good component of safety. It was almost new, when i bought it, it had just 55 000KM, but i think BMW X5 3.0d E70 is much better! And last one, i would suggest you, if you are going to buy car like this one, be carefuly! don't buy with air suspension.

a good car, but sort of sluggish on the starts, there is sometimes vibrations when accelerating, diesel engines are very fuel efficient, and right now diesel is so much cheaper than gas, finally, the trunk is great for sleeping in, as long as you're not taller than 5'10

Delay in acceleration since its a Diesel. For about 32 mpg highway isnt that bad for an SUV. 7 speed transmission. Extremely quit and kick ass sound system wif sub in da trunk :) Great to drive around town and Especially on the highway. Turbo kicks in and presses you to the seats
