I like the look and overall ride of this vehicle, but Chrysler dropped the ball on putting defective Front Suspension and Cross members in this vehicle. NO Recall on the defective Suspension. Luckily I had Extended Warranty that covered complete replacement ! (only 40,000 miles) Just got a front Crossmember replaced under "Service Bulletin" status, that I found out from my Non Dealer Mechanic. Completely rusted out at 65,000 miles, 7 years. Don't buy a 2007 Compass, way to many Bugs that were not worked out, or admitted to by Chrysler.

Dependable. Very good fuel mileage for a vehicle that has AWD and 4WD. Very roomy and comfortable for a smaller vehicle. Handles and rides like a good car. Overall, can't beat 30+ mpg and the variable valve timing is awesome. Gives me what I need when I need it. Whether it's torque or rpm or fuel mileage. It's been bang on so far. I will buy another Jeep product.

Good handling with electronic stability program. Excellent factory stereo system. Good gas milage. Plenty of interior room, good head room, excellent leg room. Never had any problems in driving in rain or snow. All around a good vehicle at a reasonable price.

I love my car but my family is growing and I need somthing bigger. This has without a doubt been the best vehicle I have ever owned !! If anyone is looking for an economical vehicle the compass is safe and a reliable car. It was the best decision I have made thus far vehicle wise!!
