I didn’t purchase a car from them, but they were very quick to respond to my inquiry about the truck I was asking about and wanted help me in all my questions.

They called me once at the end of their workday, and said they would talk to me the next day. And since then I have never heard from them. I think the salesman was only trying to sell an Auto loan to me, I wanted to pay cash and he just wanted me to finance. I guess they’re all about just selling loans now and not selling cars.

Although we did not purchase the vehicle we test drove, Kenny and the folks at Stamas Auto were wonderful to deal with throughout the process. Communication was wonderful and the service was friendly and informative.

Remarkably respectful. I was contacted back by Kenny immediately. I made a surprise trip in on my way home but Raul accomodated my every request and by doing so was instrumental in my elimination of every other model I was considering. He introduced me to the manager who also was very respectful. The garage was spotless...You could eat off its floors. I was impressed in every way with this dealership and its staff.

Contacted the dealer via email and phone and was promised a prompt reply. Had cash in hand but my voicemails and messages left with the receptionist were never returned and my emails took days to get a reply with very little information provided. Finally another message today saying my vehicle was sold. Poor communication and had to pay for my own carfax. Stay away.

Great customer service here. Corin worked really hard to get me the best finance deal as he could. In the end the bank just didn't offer me what I was hoping for so I didn't make a purchase with these guys but once I fix up my credit and am still searching for a vehicle I would definitely love to come back and work with Metropolis Auto.

They delivered the car to my hours 2 hours away because they were waiting for a part to come in. A local dealer that cares about its customer. Great seller, highly recommend.
