I saw this car on cargurus and it had an amazing price. I was hesitant to take the drive up since I lived in Los Angeles. I got in contact with Wally and he was able to FaceTime me and show me the car inside and out. When I had arrived, the process for getting me financed was very easy. The car was as described and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends.

They also picked me up at the airport which is above and beyond. They were so friendly and helpful. I love the 4runner I got there. It was exactly in the condition as the picture. No tricky camera angles. They were super fast in helping me when I was there. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase.

Very easy process with only needing a few items for application. They were very busy as they also have an automotive repair shop, which is a plus. Very reputable company and people. They have the best price and know what a good car is. I’be gone to 9 car dealer within the last month and have found really over priced cars or in not the best condition. Someone from those tried to convince me that the battery dies when it hasn’t been driven in 2 days lmfao. Anyways, I really like how they’re prepared on the important issues that need to be replaced

The vehicle had major body issues that are not shown in any of the pictures. The lot was crowded. I had an appointment set up and when I arrived they acted like they had no idea I was coming. They had to search for the vehicle I had the appointment to see and the keys to it. Overall, a very poor experience.

I went to look at this Car it was great, but I bought a Honda CRV instead, I live you giys, thank you for everything.

Fast service. I have refused the $300 Theft Protection with the salesman but it still made it to my sales bill The car came with only one key. When I came home I found out that the valet key blade was also missing from the single fob One rim on the car is bent and rattles at higher speeds. I was not notified if this before the sale

I found the car I was looking for. I felt it was a fair price to pay even with the DMV fees added on. Low miles for a car of this age. I hope to get a good few years out of it. Same guy who sold me my new truck sold me this car....

Dealer listed car as having a moonroof, heated seats and sirrus radio ability. It had none of these features. We drove over 150 miles RT.

Put up a few procedural barriers to making a deal. Would not take a large deposit to hold the vehicle for a week, while I traveled out of state. Would not make a counter offer. After surmounting those barriers, they provided quite good customer service. A test drive revealed some issues with the car, and Uptown made a good offer of compensation for those issues. Overall, good to work with.
