I don't like the hard shift when it gets up around 40 mph, but I have noticed the older the car gets this did seem to smoothen out a little. I also don't like the delay when I have to put the pedal to the metal. But I hear this is common amongst Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury's bigger luxury cars. But overall its a real nice car. It has plenty of trunk space. I haven't had to put any money into the car, except for the oil changes every 3000 miles. Its a very powerful and comfortable riding vehicle.
