Salesmen later didn't inform me the car had been sold, and didn't follow through with questions on another one. Might be due to holidays.

Dealers pricing for vehicle kept increasing the more we talked started $2988 after all the dealers fees and bs ended at over $4000. Body damage and third row seating missing on car plus accident reported. To top all of this off no financing available they are not willing to work with you at all they want someone to walk in there cash in hand.

they priced a 27 year old truck with engine problems worth $2,000 at $16,000. They had no clue what they had, and had next to zero knowledge about the actual vehicle, engine, drivetrain etc. They're supposed to be experts, to me it sounds like they're just trying to make a quick buck off an unsuspecting buyer.

Horrible. Falsely said 4x4 then I realized it wasnt. My first call was to check and make sure about the vehicle and Amir would get the commission. Upon further examination of was not. I politely called back to explain why I would not be looking into this anymore, I was told "Goodbye goodbye" in the middle of my sentence and hung up on. This seems to be a business that gives used car dealerships the bad name they have. Use caution if you plan on doing business here.

I received two text messages. First message thanked me for my interest in their company and mentioned that they would have a salesman being in touch soon. Message number two came a day or two later. It asked if I'd been contacted yet by a salesman. I replied not yet. That's the last time I heard from them.

Unfortunately, through no fault of the salesperson, the vehicle I was interested in was sold the previous evening and apparently the dealership's system was slow to update. Glad I didn't drive up to see it!

Terrible. Had appt to see car—called before I left, even got a voicemail confirming car’s availability 15 minutes before arriving—got there and the car sold “2 seconds ago!”...but here’s another more expensive one available. Dishonest. Would give zero stars if possible.

... the $500 that they charge you for dealer prep is a rip off, they also force you into a 5 year subscription with Kahu at $1k ... they tack on these cost on top of the listed price ... the detail job looks life it was done by a teenager who doesn't like their job.

Made an appointment for 2 pm with CarMax of Fresno CA on Sat to test drive the car. At that time I was told the car would be held for me for 7 days so I had time to see it and make a decision. Made the 1 hour drive out to Fresno and arrived at CarMax at1:50pm and was told that we had a 30 min wait, they would call us. At 2:47pm we gave up a left. The next morning there was an email in my inbox saying the car was sold. Can't work with CarMax apparently.

My appointment with them was at 1;00 but a salesperson didn't get to me till 1;45 ! Then while they were confirming pay off for my car I sat at the desk by myself for almost 45 minutes. And when given the car for a test drive i wasn't explained anything about the car!!! I have never driven a Mercedes so was not familiar with all the bells and whistles. I was not happy with my experience

A good experience overall. They provided incorrect info during discussion, but apologized for the error and provided correct info. The General Manager followed up as well to ensure issues were resolved. Very good follow-up by the management team.
