My husband and I drove 2 hrs, arrived in Tampa to find the salesman I spoke with was called away on family emergency, so another salesman helped us. The car I was interested in was available, but the specs I searched for on car gurus was not the same. The car was white, but other than the that, nothing was advertised as. No leather, no navigation, no sunroof. Salesman explained that when u put ur search in, it doesn’t necessarily mean all of them r on the car. They told me I could have the leather installed later. I just need to take it home and the people will call and make an appt and install it at my house. . The ad was also changed as we were driving to dealership. Price was raised. Because I replied to dealership thru car gurus, ad was emailed to me so they did honor the price they originally offered, after I showed them the ad..After several hours of negotiations we were almost finished with the deal and the original salesman I spoke with shows up and snatches the other salesman’s commission away from him and finished that final 5-10 mins of the deal. He said to me “don’t talk to him anymore, talk to me”. A few days later we finally searched down the company that would install the leather interior and was told “the dealership knows better than that, we don’t install leather interior in your driveway”. They installed the leather and did a wonderful job. I would not recommend dealing with”Courtesy Hyundai”"
