They broke their word. They committed to holding the car until the travel restrictions and closed for business policy of Washington allowed me to come after the car. Without informing me, they sold it to someone else. They are not to be trusted.

Dealer only finances local buyer's, but doesn't state so in advertising. Dealer stated that i do not live in that state so he could not finance the car. I would have to get my own financing.

I did buy the vehicle.When you go to there dealership, there auto's are ready to be sold.I looked at many Yukons and Suburbans and most auto lots you go to they are dirty,have lights or obvious things that need to be addressed to be sold.Not here everything on there lot that was out for sale looks ready to sell.No slick selling here just honest negotiation.

Bait and Switch, the pictures posted didn't include the rust spots a d the broken convertible top. I was told the price "was as is" and would increase by $1800.00 after the work was complete. This was a complete waste of my time.

Request information and receieved it.

Asked if the car had any issues. They guy said "well we drove it from Arizona, so no". That killed it for me.

The dealer contacted me promptly after I messaged him through CarGurus. I test drove the car, and a few days later he allowed me to borrow it for a whole day for a local mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection. The vehicle checked out very nicely. I made an offer under the asking price and the process was of making the purchase was fast and friendly. All in all, a great experience.

For being over the phone was good.

Horrible experience. Reduced the value of my trade-in with the excuse of getting a "tax credit" and had add-ons for 2k added to the bill. When I asked them to remove the add-ons, they kept them and to hide the value the seller Jorge Naranjo added 1 year to my loan conditions. Truly felt as they were taking me for an idiot. Awful experience.

I'm a disabled vet with excellent credit. I don't have a Washington license, but needed to buy a car with financing. They cut me right off and told me it was illegal. However, it isn't illegal and I went to another dealer, got financed without a problem and can now be driven around when needed.
