They even contacted me the day before my appointment to confirm I was coming and that I had everything I needed to purchase the car. I let them know I booked a hotel and I was leaving that night after work to be there at my appointment the next morning. Upon arrival they told me they sold the car the following night. They tried to blame me for not putting a deposit down( they never asked me to or I would have). Plus they could at least have called me the night before so I did not have to drive 600 miles, and waist hundreds of dollars and vacation time for no reason. The floor manager was rather rude and just offered to sell me a car that was priced 20k higher than the one I intended to buy. Genuinely just not nice people. "

If they would have just answer 2 questions they would have more than likely have had a sale and I would have my new project truck. I would not drive over an hour if you are to lazy to answer a two questions. How are the tires? And how are the rocker panels on the bottom, are they rotted out? I f the tires are bad I just would have brought along a trailer, If the rockers were bad i just would have brought along my body guy. To bad it looks good but I am so tired of crappy service, i would not buy anything from them. wish I could give them a -5 stars"

I was told I would be called back in 5 minutes, never got a call, I called back two hours later, was told I would get a call back, never got the call. The next day I called, salesman said he had to take to the owner and would call me back, never got a call back. Third day, I called he said he would call me back, he called back and said I was approved. I asked him the final price of the car and it was $5,000 higher than what I applied for. I asked what happened to the price when I applied, he said it was the internet price, I told him I had no idea it was internet price, no where did it state internet price. I asked him if there were any room on the price, and he said no that was the final price but let me talk to the owner give you a phone call back. I asked how long does it normally take because I've been waiting three days, he told me that I call all the time that's why it took so long, terrible service. I wouldn't refer anyone to this dealer. I have never received such bad service before. Very rude and unprofessional. The site said the car was selling slowly, and I wonder why! Unbelievably disgusted in this drawer."
