Say what you want about cars that the old folks drive, but when it comes time to go to dinner, pick-up or deliver lots of stuff, travel out of town, or just cruise on a nice day, it is nearly impossible to beat a lincoln town car! They are roomy, comfortable, quiet, and reliable and actually have style that can be identified instantly. Big cars get loust gas mileage is a myth. You can fully expect to get 19 city and 26 highway on regular gas. I know people that have camrys and accords that barely match those numbers. Drive one, talk to a current owner, and find out the real truth. I've driven 90K miles on our 03 and have had no issues and I still get asked if the car is new because it looks so sharp. American car companies can build great cars.

Fits a large family. Is an American automobile made by Americans for an American company. Are you an American? Then buy American. If you don't then don't complain about the enconomy. The Lincoln Towncar is a durable vehicle. These cars regularly serve limousine companies, until they sell them, but not until they have put around 400,000 miles on these cars. Take care of them and they will take care of you.

I have trouble finding the litte squeaks and rattles in this old car, but if that's my only problem I'm doing all right! Long trips are enjoyable and if I'm going to be in traffic, I want to be here.
