I love this car, it does everything. Brilliant secure handling thanks to the 4WD, especially on icy/snowy/greasy/wet roads. Lusty 240BHP V6 and the manual gearbox is a pleasure to use. Extremely comfortable and great fun to drive. It's not really a great beauty to look at and it has been in the garage a few times, but all in all it's an excellent car and much under-rated.

Great overall car fast, reliable, efficient and fun to drive! We bought this car from New York and drove it over one thousand miles back to Saint Louis I have never had any major problems with this or my other Jag. This is my second X-type and when I sell it this summer I will be looking at either 2008 models or an XF.
