Dealer responded but about wrong vehicle. Dealer contacted us about a Ford Focus when the vehicle we were interested in was a F450.

vehicle wasn't what i was looking for and the cost was to high. the person i spoke with was well informed. the reason i requested more info was because the online description was incomplete and i was seeking more information on the truck..i was given the information and found that i could not afford it. i was pleased with the response from the dealer and thought of him a good representative.

Not the one earlier, this was the one that charged my chase credit card for 1G$ as deposit on a Sunday and say will send me the bill of sale and the next day refused to sell me the vehicle I asked another one with similar price but did not , I left you msg. Of the complaint but I never heard a call back

They add me any insurances in the loan what I'm not wanted, they tell me that is required for dealer... and my car after one week is damaged they not respond to me

They advertise a USED vehicle at a NEW vehicle price. Then, when you ask what the best deal they can make is, they raise the price and then tell you that they discounted the price. Again, it is a USED truck that they are trying to sell at a NEW truck price. Check other dealers in the area. I found a dealer that is selling NEW trucks MY 2021 with 0~6 miles on the odometer for $54,900. Brand New truck........

The Salesman was unaware that the 2017 Envision was sold the day before he booked an appointment with me. He failed to return phone calls and send an email confirming the appointment. I was spared the 100 plus round trip because I called the morning of the appointment to assure it still on and learned the vehicle had been sold. My experience does not lend it to positive referrals. He was neither thorough or considerate.

Dealer tried to con off a truck off to me with knowing that it had the bed rotting and a oil leak coming from the transmission or oil pan. After being confronted with it the salesman asked if we would buy it even if they fixed it. The dealer knew about all the problems but failed to disclose it to us and would of happily sold us the truck
