I have used it for everything from towing boats, to carrying around a bunch of my friends, its been on long trips, and its seen plenty of time off-road and on dirt roads. It handles and performs very well for an SUV. I've only had to make minor repairs which were probably the cause of my abuse than the reliability of the truck. She has 65k miles and still runs like new. The interior is nice, especially in the slt plus. all the controls are easy to use and in reach of the driver. I've yet to experience any major trouble with the transmission, but it definitly isn't at its best and Durangos are known for that. If you're in the market for a used SUV or need a vehicle to handle multiple tasks, i recommend a Durango.

I like that the SUV is big enough to put stuff in the back and it looks pretty cool, however I am a sports car fan and it gets like 15 miles to the gallon, if I wanted a car with gas millage like that, I would want a sports car.

I Love the durando, its got the room and power that I need as well as the capability of being modded the hell out. The 4.7 is not to shabby on take off and the gas mileage isnt too good for driving back and forth to work but on the long trips to NY you cant beat it
