The 2001 Camaro Z28 combines good looks and great performance resulting in a fast and fun driving experience. Powered by the (Corvette) LS1 5.7-liter V-8 engine, acceleration is not a problem. The positives: The black leather interior looks great paired with the red exterior. (Leather) seats (front & back) and power windows. Fun, good-looking and affordable. The negatives: The back seats are functional, but too compact to be comfortable for anyone other than a child or small adult. Not a good vehicle for driving in rain, snow or ice.

This is one of 502 black SLP SS ever made. Cheap bang for the buck! * Performance - acceleration = great, braking = pretty dang good, handling = pisspoor * Build Quality - Motor is great quality, interior is lacking * Appearance - both interior and exterior look so so... * Cost of Ownership - 20-mpg * Fun Factor - car and power is fun, no traction is not fun

well come on, its a mustang killer, its fast, gets decent gas mileage, and is almost everything i want in a sports car. Top speed clocked 163mph. 0-60 5.25 seconds. Bought it with 77k miles on it, i have about 83k on it now, absolutely zero problems with anything. Other than changing my oil I've done relatively little maintenance to it save washing/waxing it and babying it.

Ive owned this car over three years this is my first Z28 I have owned and I just cant seem to get rid of it it gets 23mpg and runs low 13s in the quarter!! and I havent been beat by a Mustang yet it kills my friends 01 Cobra and I just laugh at ricers plus I drive the car every day and havent had to do anything to the car but typical maintinance
