I have had this car for a long time now and I love it, nice V8, great features, beautiful interior, plus I got the upgraded BOSE stereo which is AMAZING! However gas mileage sucks and it's expensive to maintain...plus it needs specific parts which are crazy expensive (example tires cost $200 each and go after 10,000 miles!!!!)

This SUV corners like a train on tracks. Awesome Bose system, and fierce acceleration are some more pluses and of course a fun one. Highly recommended

Built like a tank, climbs like a Mountain goat. Reliable. Nice looking.

great to drive .. luxury SUV,,,, you can haul a lot of stuff in this car.. seats 5 people ... love the visibility .. and the handling of this car.. and rock solid and safe to drive in ... looks great and quality all the way

First of all, my car is a ML 270 CDi, but the trim didn't appear on the list because it was not sold in the US. It's a tough old bird with decent performance, retuning decent MPG. In my case, reliability is not an issue because in never went wrong. Its image it's more than enough for me, because it combines modern technology with classic Mercedes Benz design. It is pretty boring to drive on dry tarmac, but once the road gets wet or gravely, it starts to become fun to drive. It's no sports car, but for a 2.something tons car it's good. Onroad, it keeps up with X5s, Touaregs and Allroad Audis, but offroad it teams up with the VW and leave the rest behind. If you want a car with better on-road manners, you are better off with the BMW and the Audi, but the BMW is too vulgar for my taste. This is elegant, but very underrated. That is why I love it.
