Good Truck but it doesnt have alot of power but what can you expect from a 3.0 V6. the appearance is nice and the build quality is great. Gas mileage does lag though and gets only about 18mpg on a good day. But it is fun to drive and will go through alot before it stops.

I've always loved driving it in the winter with the 4x4. I've never gotten stuck and the heater in it has always kept me warm. The coldest I've ever started the vehicle was at -25 degrees and that was last winter when I went to visit a friend in Windsor Colorado. Always been a great running truck and the biggest reason I'm needing to get rid of it, is cause i need a bigger pickup for the work that I do.

I like that it can haul, pull and do everything I need it to do. I wish it would get closer to 20 mpg highway unloaded. I pull a 12' pop up camper and it pulls it well. I load my cruiser motorcycle weighing just under 700 lbs in the bed and it hauls it very well. I have loaded the bike in the bed while pulling a boat and trailer weighing 3100 lbs from TN to CA. I averaged 11 mpg. For a small pick up, it does exceptionally well. I use it as it was designed to be used....it's a truck.

For my Ranger to have a V6 it really does not show it. It only has 150 hp and its not slow but it could use a few extra ponies. The mpg isn't all that great either at just about 15 mpg ( I drive mostly city). Overall Rangers are good quality trucks and this baby is not an exception. This truck is relatively fun to drive but I wouldn't really call it sporty even though it does have the sport package! It is easy to drive, see out of, and is a much better truck than the Toyota Tacoma in terms of build quality.

This truck is pretty nice, its got plenty of room on the inside, its got a decent and reliable engine in it (3.0L V6), The truck is pretty fun to drive also, it gets decent mileage for a truck that size, and its also a flex fuel vehicle, so i can buy E85 ethanol and it wont hurt the truck at all, its pretty easy to dress the truck up too with a bug deflector and some rain deflectors on the windows, also u can put some stickers on it :)
