Used 1999 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra Coupe for Sale near Lancaster, PA

The car started as my wife's car and one day my son and I went to a track event and that was it. Ten years and more money that I care to make public we have a full fledged track/race car. It's been raced only a few times and does mostly track duty taking clients and friends for a spirited rides.

Short review for now. Car has good low end power. Not much traction with OEM 245/45/17 tires. The 4 valve 4.6 pulls strong to the higher than usual almost 7k redline as opposed to the 2 valve 4.6. The IRS is nice going around turns. Shifter is in sort of an awkward spot, needs to be closer to the driver. Gears are very notchy. Aside from that its very smooth.

great car,nice v8 rumble and torque to go with the looks. I would reccomend this car as a weekend car more then a daily driver to most people. I really was suprised how the highway mpg are up in the 25+ mpg and if you have driven a muscle car you know what I mean.of course when you drive it on the street with a heavy foot you could probably end up getting 13mpg but well worth the $5 on gas you used in gas :-) .

Cars an overall great car, only one problem mechanically with it and that was a starter that was bound to go out anyways. Alot of pep to it and as it is now it easily chirps 3rd even with 275 gs-d3s in the rear. very quick and reliable car! alot faster then my gt was

Made one modification which was glass packs. The car was extremely loud till I got pulled over and had to pull them off. Another very fast car, very reliable, great handling, just wish I had owned it longer.
