Nissan did a very good job at creating the "4 door sports sedan." This car performs and handles very well with its sport tuned suspension and 190 hp 215 ft-lbs tq vq30de engine. Which constantly is titled as the best v6 out there, making this car is very reliable. It has impecible acceleration (7.1s 0-60). Gas milage is around 21-27 on average. Which is pretty good in its class. If your'e looking for a fun, reliable, and practical vehicle, the maxima is for you.

I bought my car in 2007. It was a 1997 Nissan Maxima with over 175,000 miles on it. The maxima are known for been reliable and a nice quality sedan. I paid about $3000 for, but with every car there are somethings that are good and bad with the car. GOOD I like the MPG on the car and the ride was very comfortable. I really love the acceleration of the car. I clock my 0-60 in 6.5/sec with a little engine work done. I had very little or no problem out of it. BAD The car tends to rattles sometime over rough surface. I tired replacing the struts and the did help a little. The factory speaker made song distorted when played very highly. I recommend that you get the Bose sound system. Under hard acceleration the car showed sign of torque steering. The leather sent chipped easy.
