Used 1997 Dodge Dakota SLT Club Cab RWD for Sale near Startex, SC

I had been against Mopar products ever since I owned a 2001 Chrysler Town and Country mini van. I had a very bad experience with the quality of that vehicle. I had the opportunity to purchase the Dakota at a very reasonable price. I took it for a test drive and was very impressed. The truck had 181,000 miles on it and drove like it was new. I should have purchased one years ago.

I love everything about this truck except that the front seats dont lock in place sometimes. Other than that i wouldnt change alot about it. Oh yeah and the access to the back seat should be easier with maybe a 3rd door or something.

The front end designs on these trucks are poor, much like the transmissions... Most of my maintenance revolves around those two issues and the charging system. Annoying as they are to fix, this truck has never left me stranded and always has started up for me every day. My friend's dad bought it new, then he bought it off of him, then sold it to me for $2,000 to help me out of a jam. I love a vehicle with history, especially a good one, so this truck is very valuable to me. I love looking at it and driving it. It's still showroom quality clean inside. It's was the best $2,000 I've ever spent! lol
