Not a good value, over priced. Took vehicle for test ride. Brakes are soft, surface rust will only get wires, paint flaking, underneath covered in black rust proofing more probably to hide more rust. For a 1997 the truck is in average to below average shape. Offered dealer $9K they declined and wanted the high price of $13K. Don’t waste your time with this dealer, they don’t bargain at all.

Was a nice truck at one time but I got it after over 10 years of being a contractor and welding truck so it took its beating and ended up having about 500000miles when it died completely. It was very good quality but even high quality parts couldnt stand up against all the beating it took. I seriously thing everything about my 2003 Sierra 2500HD is built better. It was very slow on the highway though. which was definetly a problem seeing as I live 120 Miles outside of the main town. It also had horrible gas mileage!
