made decently. great gas mileage. great first car. geat family car if you cant afford a suburban or suv etc. cost about 20-30 a week for gas (and i drive all the time.) good handleing. easy easy to drive.

Great acceleration, had a timing belt replaced and water pump, brakes are brand new, has a comfy interior, is cheap and affordable, great mileage, low maintenance, and extremely fun/worth the money invested in it. I love my car very much!

All in all a fantastic car if maintained. Parts are still easy to come by, and the 1.9L 4 cylinder is simple enough to perform most operations in the driveway. My experience with Ford in general taught me that they didn't manufacture any good transmissions, but with such low miles, 52k, I have yet to find any problems.

I love this car! Its a four banger with a 5 speed manual n about 170k miles on it. If you treat it nicely, you can squeeze 41+ miles to the gallon out of it. The only downside is that when parts go bad they all go at once. I just put a brand new clutch in and replaced the exhaust, now it purrs like a kitten.
