Used 1995 BMW 5 Series 530i Sedan RWD for Sale near Blacksburg, VA

Her name is Eva and I absolutely love this car! It is older so insurance is relatively cheap, but it is still a luxury car with electronic leather seats (including head rests and steering wheel), wood grain trim, electronic computer that measures and tells you about everything, sunroof, etc. everything comfortable is there. But it is still a quick car. Powered by a 3.0L v8 it has plenty of torque to catch up to whoever dares to pass it, handling it accurate and responsive and the turning radius of this car is incredible, reliable 5 spd transmission, and it is rear wheel drive. What more do you need? The styling and looks of this body style is exquisite, I plan to add a few things to it, some I already have, but this is really no wonder the ultimate driving machine.

One of the best performing cars I've ever had. Great for racing or even cruising down the road. The car corners very well at high speed and the break system is amazingly responsive and safe. You can feel the road condition through the steering wheel.

Overall it is a great car never broke down on me. Got into a 10 mph crash and very little damage. I go to a gas station every other week so pretty good on gas and pay 10 dollars for the best wash every other week .

Its pretty quick, probably about 6 or so seconds to 60. No squeaks or rattles, pretty much a clean car, top to bottom. The black on black looks sweet. The front seats have tears in em though, so there are covers. Gets about 13-15 mpg, and if you can do the maintinence yourself, it cuts down the costs hugely. Very fun to drive, once you get stick down.

The '95 530I with the 3.0 liter V8 was a spectacular motorcar to own and drive. I have owned a 98 3 series also and the 5, while larger and less nimble than the 3, is truly a step up in almost every way. Mine was black on black and I acquired the car for only 3k with 121,000 miles in 2011. I would apply the term 'no replacement for displacement' to the V8 but it was very torquey and smooth with plenty of power. Replaced a few suspension bushings, shocks, window regulator. Driver door hinge busted off due to the el cheapo thin sheet metal it is attached to. Not possible to fix without a major welding job. Front seats were 'twisted' but was an easy fix and a common issue with the E34 5 series. I loved the roomy interior. The front seats were heated and had individual armrests and power settings with power headrests also. Door panels were covered in black, stitched leather with tasteful wood inserts around tje cabin. Backseat is spacious and comfortable and trunk is very large with mounted 6 disc CD changer. Sadly, the car was totaled just six months later. Truly one for the ages.
