Loved this car and was sad when I moved and had to sell it. I kept up with all the maintenance and changed the tires. I had the car 12 years and about 160K and NEVER a problem. This car was hit hard by two idiot drivers, once from the side and once from the back. Once repaired there was never any other problem but maybe I just got lucky with the body shops. I would buy one again in a heartbeat or anything from Suzuki which really impressed me with the reliability of their brand.

4 cylinder, slow to accelerate, but Solid, Solid build, had it for 14 years and still runs. Gas mileage is great, depending on how well you take care of it of course, barley needs maintenance. Not the sleekest looking car, but dependable as all get out, 2nd to NONE.

The Suzuki Vitara is a great all round vehicle. The JLX SE (fatboy) version with extras such as Wide wheels and arches, chrome accessories and Bullbars/ A bars are favoured among Suzuki Vitara enthusiasts. Although not the fastest on the road The Vitara is Built mainly for Style and Is very reliable.

Short wheel base, never get's stuck. Reliable to a fault. Great Gas Mileage and has never needed to be fixed at a garage. All round the perfect fun car, Not so great for small children on the 2 door. Get it rust proofed to make it last
