Reviewed a 1994 GMC K1500 SLT 4WD Extended Cab SB on Feb 1, 2009

The old GMC K1500 4WD, About as fast as one could expect for a 5.7L V8 that barely puts out 200hp. Build Quility, one word: SOLID. Apperance is average, we all know one of these trucks when we see them. You either love it or hate it. Gas mileage, well, does that matter with a truck? Lets be honest here, if your worried about MPG, then you don't need a truck. Fun factor, in RWD mode, its a blast in the winter, 4WD is like driving on rails. Pretty straight forward here.

Reviewed a 1994 GMC C1500 SLT Extended Cab SB on Oct 6, 2008

Thirty+ miles per gallon at fifty-five miles per hour! K&N air filter, cap, rotor, module in the distributor, throttle positioning sensor, spark plugs and wires on a 350 first Gen. Small Block V-8. The only problem is the Michigan rust. New Y-pipe back three inch exhaust. Plans are to go with air ride, K&N cold air intake, and maybe Baer Extreme Plus six piston caliper brakes.
