300 sl fun to drive after front suspension upgrade, Too soft at the front as standard. Reliable revy twin cam motor.Smooth transmission.Built to last.28 mpg on a trip 18 around town.Classy convertable and looks like a coupe with the hard top on in winter. owned for 9 years.

usually not a big fan of mercs but this is by far the most stable/smooth/solid/speedy ride ever... even though its early 90's model, still running this smoothly.... just imagine the newer models....

I love that car and it was fun to drive. I is also fast. It also has a 5.0 leter engine. The body looks real nice on the 1992 Mercedes Benz 2 door 500SL convertible.
