I loved this car and wish I had kept it. It was always very dependable, and I got excellent gas mileage. Very easy to maneuver in the snow and on ice. Husband added an after market spoiler and gave her a new paint job, and I hated to part with her.

Love my '91 Beretta. I'm the second owner and bought it only a year ago. The first owner took pretty good care of it, but did abuse it a bit. However, the 18 year-old car handles well, has decent torque and power, and is a lot of fun to drive. The brakes leave a bit to be desired. The tiny rear drums do the Beretta no favours. The 5-speed manual shifter is notchy as all heck, but this was a common complaint with these cars. I get nearly 800 km out of a tank of gas, so I can't complain there. The styling is still pretty sharp, though the 15" body- colour crosslace wheels are a little dated.

I enjoyed it, had lots of power and fairly good on gas.

I have the 3.1L MFI. It accelerates pretty sweet. 0-20 in like 1 second. Sucks that most Berettas are run down pieces of crap.
