The 626 LX version came "loaded"-- A/C and power windows were nice. Seats weren't that comfortable, but it did accommodate four adults well. Boring looks, boring handling. It wouldn't accelerate though: passing on highways was not an option, and short on-ramps could be scary. It did love cruising at 140 km/h though... you'd look down at the speedometer and go "oh my!"

I had a Turbo 626 coupe. It was fast and had a nice 5 speed manual. The self-adjusting suspension broke and was difficult to get anyone to fix.
