Mine was a cargo version without windows on the sides. Without seats in the back. Without an engine. Well, actually, there was a small 4-liter in the middle of a huge engine compartment. You could not evade the feeling that something was missing from there. There were shelves in the back, so i put a mattress and voilà, I had my own house on wheels.
